Overnight Visitor Information from the House Rules Policy

Section 4.0 Visitors

Visitors may be permitted to sleep overnight in a dwelling unit, provided they are reported to the Authority within 48 hours of arrival or prior thereto. Visits not exceeding 14 consecutive days, or a total of 21 days in any 12-month period, may be authorized. Visitors remaining beyond this period shall be considered trespassers and the tenant shall be guilty of a breach of the Lease, unless written authorization to extend a visit was given by the PHA. Tenants will not be given permission to allow a former tenant of the Authority who has been evicted to sleep overnight in the unit for any period of time whatsoever.

Tenant Parking at the PHA

Parking for tenants is available at or near our developments, please note the specifics for each:

Hageman Homes @ Clay Street – overnight street or lot parking for up to 30 tenant vehicles. Annual Lottery for spots will be drawn in June.

Karin Court – overnight onsite parking.

Lloyd Terrace @ Spruce Circle – lot parking for up to 24 tenant vehicles. Annual Lottery for spots will be drawn in June.

Redding Circle – overnight onsite parking.

Visitor Parking at the PHA

Parking for visitors is not permitted at Hageman Homes on Clay Street or at Lloyd Terrace on Spruce Circle. Tenants of Hageman Homes and Lloyd Terrace should advise their visitors to park in overflow lots at Community Park or the Municipal lot across Harrison Street, respectively. Overnight parking is enforced by the Municipality of Princeton and tickets are $45 for each violation. If you plan to have overnight visitors, please be sure to alert the Town and secure permission.
