Eligibility
The PHA currently owns and manages a total of 216 rental units. The Public Housing program contains 200 units (90 family and 110 senior/disabled). The PHA also manages a Tax Credit property that consists of 16 family units.

New participants’ total annual household income is to be at or below the following amounts in order to be eligible for assistance:
