Resident Services Portal

The Princeton Housing Authority Resident Portal allows residents to conveniently manage their housing account online.

Through the portal, residents may:

  • Submit maintenance requests
  • View their rent balance
  • Upload required documents
  • E-sign documents
  • Complete Annual Recertifications
  • Send the office a message
  • Receive important notices
